Assistance Request Workflow

"ServWare provides a convenient way to track assistance requests. I especially like to review open requests and take note of the assistance that is pending. Vincentians who take follow up calls from a friend in need are informed on the pending screen of the assistance previously promised. Help flows smoothly among Vincentian volunteers with this information." - ServWare User
